How your valve comes back tested.
A valve that no longer separates the process safely does not belong in the bin. Most of the time it belongs in the workshop.
The most common case: the bellows is fatigued, housing and actuator are intact. We replace single and double bellows including the seal kit, with FDA-compliant materials and documentation.
Announce your shipmentReworking the seat, checking the stem, all product-contact seals renewed: after the overhaul the valve is tested and returned with documentation in our QM system to DIN EN ISO 9001.

Bellows replacement, overhaul or replacement valve?
As a guide from the workshop, binding after the free inspection:

Hygiene note: Valves from food and beverage processes can be sent in as removed. Cleaning is part of the free inspection. A completed CIP run speeds up the inspection but is not required. Do you also repair double bellows valves?
Yes, including replacement of both bellows and a check of the leakage chamber monitoring. With double bellows in particular, repair almost always pays off. How to recognise a bellows that is due is explained in our guide (in German) When the bellows needs replacing (German).

We state the realistic turnaround time with the fixed quote after the inspection. Mark downtime in your inquiry; it is prioritised.
Are the spare parts food-compliant?
We supply product-contact materials compliant with FDA or Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004, on request with a declaration of conformity for your audit.
